You first need to download the software here if you have not done so already (regular download from HoldemManager website). By the way, they offer it for free if you sign up at some poker rooms. The free trial version let you use the software for 15 days. After 15 days, you need a key to continue using the software.

I too purchased Holdem Manager here, since it's cheaper than from the original site (why pay $8 more?) and I could pay through PokerStars. I was already happy if it would come the next day, but to my surprise it took Olivier 4 minutes to send me a key, wtf? Sick speed, great price, well recommended.
